The Insurance Tracking Department ("TITD") has developed this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to help you understand how this Website collects, uses, and discloses personally identifiable information gathered from and about you during your visit ("Personal Information"). The GLBA and this notice do not affect any rights an individual Client may have under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about Clients to those employees of our affiliates and ours who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to our Clients. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to guard all nonpublic personal information we maintain regarding Clients.

TITD treats Personal Information about former customers in accordance with the policies described in this Privacy Policy regarding current customers.
